Cancellation Policy
Please note that appointments made within 24 hours cannot be modified.
Please understand that if you cancel after you confirmed your appointment with a response message you will be charged in full, because cancelling at the last minute could have given someone else the opportunity to use that appointment time.
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.
A "No-Show"/"No-Response" appointment is a subject to charge for the 100% of the service scheduled and we will have a right to refuse in future appointments.
Same day cancellation of one of scheduled appointments (if you decided to keep your hair overnight) is a subject to charge for $50 of the service scheduled. You will receive full hairstyle touch-up, including fixing all the flyaways, hairspray and everything that might need a quick fix.

Preparations
Hair (30-45 min):
💆🏻♀️ Hair appointments includes all the styling products, hairnets, rubber bands and hairpins.
✨ Bring any hair pieces, hair accessories, or any other accessory you may want to use. In case of emergency, we always do have some rhinestones and foil available for purchase. We accept return of hairpins.
❗️Please BRUSH your (or your daughter’s) hair before the appointment so that work can begin upon arrival.
❗️Make sure hair is DRY and CLEAN (2-3 days is okay, but don’t want it to be greasy because styling won’t hold).
Makeup (30-45min):
💄 Makeup appointments includes lashes and everything to complete your makeup job. But you can bring any product you would like to make you feel more comfortable. Lashes are included.
❗️If you'd like to bring your own makeup brushes, make sure they are clean so that colors come out as needed. If the brushes you bring are dirty we reserve the right to use our own makeup brushes. Thank you for understanding.
